Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen suitable candidates for required positions in order to attract and retain talent for the organization.
- Schedule interviews and organize calendars for all candidates and sales teams.
- Conduct telephone interviews to validate the professional profile of applicants.
- Prepare, digitize, and maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files for the company’s employees.
- Participate, when required, in business networking fairs to gather candidates.
Requirements
- Management of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security platforms (Not essential).
- Management of platforms Personnel selection.
- Knowledge of payroll.
- Knowledge of Human Talent subsystems.
- Knowledge of contracts.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Active ITIN.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
