Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen suitable candidates for required positions in order to attract and retain talent for the organization.
  • Schedule interviews and organize calendars for all candidates and sales teams.
  • Conduct telephone interviews to validate the professional profile of applicants.
  • Prepare, digitize, and maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files for the company's employees.
  • Participate, when required, in business networking fairs to gather candidates.

Requirements

  • Management of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security platforms (Not essential).
  • Management of platforms Personnel selection.
  • Knowledge of payroll.
  • Knowledge of Human Talent subsystems.
  • Knowledge of contracts.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Active ITIN.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
